Lucius y sus nuevos amigos inician un viaje extraordinario que además de mostrarnos historias maravillosas nos descubre las diversas facetas de un fabuloso instrumento fácil de tocar que suena mejor cuanto mayor es el número de personas dispuestas a tocarlo un instrumento que hace feliz a quien toca y a quien lo escucha y que nunca necesita ser afinado porque siempre suena bien: son Los Derechos Humanos el Mejor de los Instrumentos.

Synopsis: A group of smart and crazy scientists are looking for an instrument that helps the earth to become a happy and peaceful planet. They decide to send one of them to look for that instrument because they are pretty sure that it exits in somewhere. They choose Lucius Dumb, a kind and young scientist but he is very shy. In the way, Lucius meets The Professor and The Major, two kind extraterrestrial whose ship has been broken. They need a very strong positive source of energy to reload the batery. Lucius and his new friends start an amazing trip. They show us incredible stories and they find an amazing instrument easy to play, that sounds better if more people play it. This instrument makes happy the person who plays it and also the person who listens to it, and it never has to be tuned: The best instruments are Human Rights.
